How Should I Store Candles?
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight or fluorescent light to avoid colour-fading, melting or cracking. 
 
I haven't received my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 working days from receiving your dispatch email, please do contact us at admin@scentedsensations.co.uk
How do I return my items?
To make a return and get a refund, please contact our Customer Service Team at admin@scentedsensations.co.uk with your order number included. Any item must be returned within 28 days of delivery.
Damaged/incorrect order?
If your order has arrived damaged, is missing items or is incorrect, please email admin@scentedsensations.co.uk stating your order number and if possible, photo of your invoice and attach photos of the damage.

Delivery/Shipping Charges
We use Royal Mail to deliver all of our parcelsWe currently use their 2nd & 1st class shipping.
Royal Mail 2nd class - Delivery within 2 - 3 days (Aim 3 days) 
Royal Mail 1st Class - Delivery aim is next working day

Which Credit Cards Do You Accept?
MasterCard, Apple Pay, American Express, Paypal and Visa.
