How Should I Store Candles?
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight or fluorescent light to avoid colour-fading, melting or cracking. 

Can You Refill My Jar Candle When It Is Empty?
Unfortunately not, the handling and use of a candle the glass will develop tiny stress fractures that could cause them to break if refilled with hot wax. However, they can be used to hold household items such as cotton balls, shells etc or even our amazing tea lights.

Do You Recycle The Empty Candle Jars?
We do not accept the return of our used candle containers.

Do You Deliver Overseas?
Yes we can but there would be an additional delivery charge. Please contact us at admin@scentedsensations.co.uk with a destination address and we will get back to you with how much it will cost.

What If I Want To Return A Product?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns and do not administer refunds unless items arrived damaged. Photo evidence is required

How Do I Care For My Scented Candle's?

Will My Product Be Gifted Wrapped?

Only our candles come gifted wrapped when the options are available and selected when adding item to cart. Extra charges will apply. NOT Avaliable.

Delivery/Shipping Charges
